Refund policy

At Dangerous Dummies, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Eligibility

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software, and intimate/sanitary goods.

• Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items are final sale.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

• Partial Refunds: May be granted for items returned with signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at dangerousdummiesllc@gmail.com before mailing your product.

4. Shipping Your Return

• Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

• Recommendation: For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, please:

1. Double-check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company and bank (processing times vary).
